FEES AND BILLING

An initial 20-minute phone consultation is offered at no charge.

Therapy session ………. $185 per 50 minutes, pro-rated for sessions longer than 50 minutes.

Please note that missed appointments and appointments cancelled without 24-hour notice are charged full fee.  

I use Ivy Pay to accept payment; it works with credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards.  It is HIPAA-secure, keeps therapy information confidential, and facilitates the payment process.  Your mobile number is entered, after which you will then receive a text message with a prompt to enter your payment information. 

Though I am not affiliated with insurance companies, upon request I can provide you with monthly billing summaries that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
